What we collect
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. When you create an account you also give us your mobile number. When you book, we keep the courts, dates, times and payment status of your bookings.
How we use it
We use this only to run Pickle Bullies: to create your account, hold and confirm your court bookings, show them to you, and contact you about a booking if needed. Court staff can see your name, email, mobile number and bookings.
Payments
You pay by sending money to the court's GCash or bank account. We never see or store your GCash PIN or bank login. We keep the reference number you enter, and the receipt screenshot if you add one, so the court can check your payment.
Sharing
We don't sell your information or share it with anyone else, except when required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your account and booking history at any time by emailing the court staff. Deleting your account doesn't cancel bookings that are already paid.
This policy follows the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
